can only be used to measure oxygen
displacement. Measuring principle: Zirconium
oxide sensor. Temperature compensated to provide
high accuracy and low cross-sensitivity to other
gases. Gas inlet by diffusion via sinter filter.
Bus topology RS 485, supply 24 VDC. Permissible
ambient temperature -20 – 40 °C. Permissible
humidity 0 to 95 % rH, non-condensing.
