as our supplier has discontinued the RM 3.3 detector heads, we are also forced to discontinue this product. This affects our KRM duct smoke detectors series. The RM 3.3 detector heads are used as replacement heads in these devices. The new KRM-X generation devices with the RM 3.3-X smoke detector heads are not affected.
Affected device variants are:

We recommend replacing the KRM duct smoke detector with the current KRM-X successor model when the detector head needs to be replaced. For more than three years now, the new model has proven itself on the market and replaces the KRM model, which is more than ten years old.
We offer you the following replacement options:

• For KRM devices purchased after January 1, 2020, we offer you the option of switching to the corresponding successor variant from the new KRM-X device generation at the net price of the replacement RM 3.3 detector head.
  In turn, you are required to return your old KRM device with the RM 3.3 detector head within 8 weeks of delivery of the new KRM-X (Please note: You do not need to return the LKR sampling tube). This offer is valid until December 31, 2024.

• Cashback campaign for customers with older KRM devices purchased between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2019:

  • 100 EUR cashback when switching to the current KRM-X-VdS model

  • 200 EUR cashback when switching to the current KRM-X-DIBt model

  In turn, you are required to return your old KRM device with the RM 3.3 detector head within 8 weeks of delivery of the new KRM-X (Please note: You do not need to return the LKR sampling tube).
  This offer is valid until December 31, 2026.

The CB articles must be specified when placing an order under one of the two exchange campaigns. This ensures the return order for the old KRM and the corresponding credit note can be processed without any problems.
